Training
Ongoing training is a permanent right of workers and constitutes an essential element to facilitate equality of opportunity as well as personal and professional promotion before the continuous evolution of new production systems as a consequence of the introduction of new technologies that affect the working system. Some studies undertaken in the European Union demonstrate that professional qualification through ongoing training leads to job creation, job keeping and company expansion by means of attracting capital investments.
